Spain and France have formed a united front to preserve the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Agriculture ministers Luis Planas and Annie Genevard signed a joint declaration in Madrid to ensure food security, protect farmer incomes, and address rising energy and fertilizer costs across Europe.
